Education for Free (General School Log, all) (OPEN LOG)

Who: Anyone who wants to go to school
Where: Any of the schools found in the Calendar (there are other schools, but your characters would only be going to those)
Summary: General School log! Start your own threads, make threads, or just have your character going to school and meeting the others. You have carte blanche.
Warnings: Nothing for now.

April 1st. While for many it would be a day for jokes and pranks, in Japan (and by extension, Hinoto-Ri who clung on some things from the past like precious memories), it was the start of the school year.

Those that were of age had gotten their papers already, and hopefully you had read the messages involving it. Otherwise, SURPRISE!

Thankfully, it didn't seem like the government was pushing for you to go absolutely, but they were STRONGLY SUGGESTING it for your own good. Your own enlightenment, if you will. Besides, it was free education, why pass that up?

These are the adventures of those inside of school on their first days...

"That'd be really swell!" Labrys can't possibly smile any wider than she's doing so at the moment. "It looks like we gotta figure out where our homerooms are first. I'm supposed to get a schedule or something there."

And they're off to get their schedules. Truth be told, Labrys' impressions of school are quite limited, but she won't let that stop her from enjoying herself. "So we get our schedule, and go to homeroom...what comes after that? Tests? School clubs?"

It's only the first day, so I think probably the teachers will introduce themselves and go over the schedule for the coming semester. There won't be tests until a few weeks in, I think. I'm not sure about clubs... I was never in one in my old school.

"You weren't in clubs...Hmm. What about festivals? Do ya know about those?" Labrys just wants to be in the know. She's probably the only student who doesn't know how things truly work. "Sorry for all the questions, I'm not tryin' to talk your ear off or nothin'...I guess I'm a ball of nerves."

No, I've never been to a school festival before. I've heard about them from my friends, though! Every class does something different for it, like haunted houses or maid cafes.

I think you'll enjoy school, Labrys-san! I loved it at home, and I made some really good friends. I'm sure you'll make a lot of new friends, too.
