Who: Open to Everyone, but only Newly Accepted Characters can start threads.
Where: All around the city! They appear where you want them to appear.
Summary: Newcomers arrive and by now the Government is more ready and sends everyone out to go people hunting.
Warnings: ARRIVALS. Also assume the first thread is the ones who tell you about the city, and the other tags for the character can be talking with others in the city and learning more about it.

It was Grand Prix frenzy by this time. The streets were filled with people watching every available television screen, crowds in the bigger areas of Scorpio district with the larger screen.
Now the HORUS detection system was working again. The device allowed everyone to spot abnormalities; and while it was being re-tuned to work with the appearing buildings, they could hone in on newcomers at a much faster pace. The leftover energy from the travel (commonly called Magatama Residue) gave them a few minutes to find them before it would flicker out.
Combined with the fact they could appear in most parts of the city, it made finding the newcomers was both easy yet frustratingly difficult.
As the blips appear on your own radar function, it was also nice enough to calculate for you the best transport and destination routes to take to get there. Speed was of the essence, after all.
[FOR THOSE WHO JUST ARRIVED:]
You're not in your homeworld anymore. That much is evident. So how do you feel? Happy? Sad? Troubled? A little of all three? No matter what, the memories of a butterfly man named Philemon are fading like a dream; you'll remember the details, but perhaps not everything he has said.
There is one word that stays with you, however.
Persona.
So...here to save the city, huh? First you'll need to find out more information. And who knows, maybe a familiar face or two...
But why are everyone huddle around large televisions screens for some reason?

He's pretty sure he's gone through all sorts of expressions by now. None of them were pleased and now Judal is definitely offended by that kind of accusation!
"Don't be so full of yourself! As if a pipsqueak like you would interest me in that way!"

Pointing at your wand with one claw, her other arm wrapped protectively around her chest.
"You molested Desco with that thing in your hand!"

From Judal's point of view, he barely touched her! Though seeing her trying to cover his chest like that makes him roll his eyes a little.
"Don't even bother with that. You're about as flat as I am."
And that's saying a lot.

"The flat chest of a little sister is a beacon for lecherous perverts!"
The words 'like you' aren't added at the end, but the implication is there.

And somehow, he could almost hear her say those unspoken words. What a rude little girl.
"Don't be so conceited. There's nothing exciting about a little girl like you or that—" He's going to purposely make rude gestures to emphasize her flatness. "—board of yours!"

Desco draws herself up a little, so that not even the tip of her tail is touching the ground, her red eyes going wide as the concentric circles of her pupils constrict.
"Desco's flatness is not a lack! Her subtle curves herald the emergence of a stunning beauty when she grows up!"
It's not entirely clear if she's lecturing you or bragging to you at this point.
"This feeling of burgeoning potential is truly the domain of Desco, the Ultimate Little Sister!"
Okay yeah now she's just bragging.

"Uh huh, growing up sounds nice and all. But how long will it take before you achieve that perfect body? 500 years from now?"
Good luck with that, Desco. He's not going to sit around and wait for her "potential" to bear any fruit.

A slight pause.
"Which also means that the ones most likely to be entranced by her beauty are the most extreme perverts imaginable."

Though Judal did have to agree; anybody who's attracted to little girls are above extreme. Even the biggest pervert that he knew wouldn't stoop to such levels. Maybe. He doesn't want to give that guy too much credit.
"Not saying that you're wrong or anything, but I hope you're not implying that I'm one of those perverts."
He's pretty sure he's told her that he's not interested. Not to mention, she's way below an A, which is something he's emphasized a great big deal.

By that logic, Judal believes that he has a clean slate! Not to mention he only did it out of curiosity. Kind of like a child poking at an animal with a wooden stick.
Except the animal is apparently part of a little girl's body.

Claws on hips, she stares at you with narrowed eyes.
"Desco thinks you aren't very good at taking personal responsibility."
And suddenly she is all smiles!
"Desco approves of that kind of selfish and arrogant human!"
She is completely sincere.

He'll return her smile with a haughty looking smirk of his own.
"Aren't I the best kind of guy around?"
This guy certainly thinks so too! So Desco certainly isn't the only person who likes to brag about themselves.
"I just wanna correct you on one thing. I'm not a normal human. I'm a Magi."

She looks up at you as she continues.
"Desco didn't know you were a girl!"

Insert a look of aghast here. Where did this idea suddenly come from?!
"In what way do I look like a girl to you?!"
Judal is as manly as they come and he proudly shows off his nicely built body in

Once more pointing a claw at you.
"Don't you know anything?! Girls are Mages, boys are Skulls!"

Judal defiantly points back.
"And you're the one who doesn't know anything if you don't know what a Magi is!"

Standing firm on this! He's a guy and he'll keep calling himself a Magi! Desco seems to understand the basics of a magician. But allow Judal to explain what makes a Magi different from a normal magician.
"An average magician should be able capable of using at least one or two elements. However, I'm anything but average. Magi are the strongest magicians in the world. And usually only three exist in the world at a time. We pick king candidates and lead them to becoming king of the world!"
It's not a terribly long explanation. But hopefully Desco isn't the type that falls asleep on things that do not interest her.

"The four elements are Fire, Ice, Wind, and Star!"
Her head tilts to one side as an expression of curiosity passes across her face.
