The 13th Hour - GENERAL LOG
Who: EVERYONE who is in the Scorpio Event and not doing the boss battle.
Where: The Entire City
Summary: 13th hour. The Perfect Link's Mutation Skill is unlocked and now people have a chance against the swarming Scorpions. Unfortunately, for some, this just means the paranoia hit a new low....you can group and join each other's posts and try to hold the city down and protect everyone!
Warnings: NPCs, Attacking, Battles.
13th Hour.
The city was in chaos. As it hit, the population attempted to return home, but it was too late. The scorpions continued to swarm, the police force trying to help as many as they could. You might even spot the Anoli once in a while...although they were only helping those that had Persona. Regardless, they were, at least, doing something.
The corpses of millions of scorpions were littered in the city streets. But once the 13th hour hit...the remaining ones mutated. But that was not the worst of it...
Oh no...
The Scorpios of the city now had a Scorpion tail dragging behind them, capable of causing Poison and Paralyzing damage. On a normal human, this was already terrible enough...
On a Persona User....they needed to be taken down.
Quickly.
And yet even in this Hour, there is hope. Power surges in a select few, and with a new skill at their tips, the battle may be won yet. But remember your mission; you came to protect this city. That includes the people living here. With so much chaos, you'll also need to help them and reduce the number of deaths as much as possible...and try not too look too closely at a looming figure in the Scorpio Ward...

Gently, the rest of the zombies pushed them down until they reached ground level, and the glowing energy under them as they spoke told of the fact they could all use Personas.
"Heh. Is this, like, what Philemon managed to send into this world to protect the city?" The tallest one, flung her golden locks in the air.
"How pathetic!" The middle one crossed her arms, licking her lips.
"Oh, but sisters, look at the pretty little boys! Can I have one?" The youngest, which was about their age, giggled as if she was five, jumping in place.
"No I want one!"
"We can share."
"That's what you said last time." The youngest pointed to Minato. "I claim that hotcakes!"
"Yeah well I want the other one!" The middle screamed, pointing to Riku. "Sis you can have the tall, smelly one!"
"...And we can just kill the girls!"
"Yeah yeah! Kill the girls, kill the girls! That's a great plan!" The tallest girl sighed and shook her head, smiling.
"Fine. Whatever, I've got more important things to do after this than watch you two talk about beefcakes. Let's, like, do it."
" Stheno! Euryale! Medusa! Come to us and make all our wishes come true!" Their personas rose above them, as they pointed towards the group, the rest of the zombies also started to advance.
Just remember...these were all humans. Try not to kill too many of them.

He kneejerk summons Anubis, immediately castng Marakukaja. Then, uh, he ducks, covering his head. Stupid fear effect.

That's really all Riku can muster up, because... this is just kind of way bizarre. Though admittedly, he's seen... well not similar, but maybe kind of enough that's as bizarre in Promenade and back home.
He just snorts as his dream eaters settle by his side, lifting his Keyblade and shouting "Drift." to cast Zero Graviga. He might as well start to weed out the ranks a little, right?

"Sorry, none of these guys are available!" Minako raises her evoker and summons Quetzalcoatl, sending a blast of Magarula to follow up Riku's attack.

Minato just stares at the zombies for a moment in sheer dumbfounded confusion.
2 of 2
He glances sideways at trash can man at the defensive spell, but now isn't the time for more than a nod of thanks. It takes but a thought to shift from Yamato-no-Orochi to Messiah, and he's calling the persona forth to cast Hamaon on the nearest of the three women. Although the zombies and scorpions are also a concern, the three seem to be the leaders and thus need to be knocked out first...

She moves in between the others without saying a word, the manriki coming out of her sleeves as she swings it around, catching one of the attacker's legs. With a swift pull, she makes him fall and uses that to trip the few others that were unaffected by Riku's spell. Without having any time to react, they run forward into the chain, sending them falling to the ground, for the most part unconscious, leaving them to deal with the more pressing matter. That doesn't mean she doesn't get to appreciate what comes next either.
"Great thinking, Minako-san and..!" man he hadn't even introduced himself, see this is why she liked having names, well whatever, " ...and you two other guys!" At least the words were mostly lost, what with the rest still floating in the air getting hit by Minako's wind attack. As she watched, they all scattered and slammed into the nearby buildings, before dropping down to the city street. Well, a broken arm or two was certainly better than having to eliminate them completely.
That just left the trio of bimbos (oh she went there) to deal with and as Minato attacked with Messiah, she cast a Lightning Break in the smallest one, not wanting to risk the fact they might be immune to lightening when she would be able to attack again.
ATTACK | WIND (ALL) STAT RECOVERY(ALL), STAT PENALTY (ALL)
Unfortunately for them, the Hamaon spell fails and the girl laughs, fake pouting before putting a finger on her lips. The battle, it appears, was just getting started.
"Oh! I just love it when a man plays hard to get. It makes me so...so...." She says a few things which are better left to the imagination at this part. Really. Scorpio induced mindsets were really bad for spectators, trust us.
"But naughty little boys NEED to be punished!" the tallest one adds grinning, winking at him. "And you've been a very bad boy!"
"And bitches need to be killed!" the youngest snarls, crossing her arms confidently. The loss of the brood that had surrounded them looked more like a small setback. "Go Stheno! Rip them to pieces!"
They aren't the only one able to use wind spells, as the Gorgon unleashes a Twister at them, the large wind spell snapping at all five of them, before the exhaustion set in and she leaned on her two sisters.
"Euryale! "Medusa!"
Euryale went next, the Gorgon casting Me Nervundi on all of them to heal Stheno's user from the after-effects of the spell. Medusa went last, the snakes twisting into the air, as they scream in unison, casting the Stone Cold spell over them, hoping that at least one would be Petrified.
Your turn.
SUPPORT | BASIC ANALYSIS
The shock of the sharp, stinging wind throwing him back on the ground is enough to focus him, however briefly, on the matter at hand. These guys are Persona users. He can't do a lot in his current state, he can tell, but he can at least try to see what else they're up against.
"As useful as that'd be," he mutters. He braces himself behind the others, focusing his senses on their assailants. Let's see, is that all they've got...?

Riku just stares at the women for a moment, pulling his face into a blank very, very off-put frown (this is Disney-approved language
I mean-). He regrets letting himself be effected by it a second later, when the winds knock him off his feet, though he quickly regains his balance using Payback Blast, flipping and sending some Dark Firaga orbs right back at their opponents. He narrows his eyes, irritated with himself and twists his Keyblade to cast Balloonga.
Dare you to touch that large floating bubble. Dare you.
ATTACK | PHYSICAL (all)
ATTACK | HAMAON
Not one to be discouraged by one miss, Minato tries again, after weathering through the windy onslaught. He counted himself lucky that whatever trickier spells the sisters and the gorgon had cast seemed to have missed and simply hoped that he'd have a streak of luck here. Besides, none of his personas have any weakness or strength against wind, so there seems little point in switching.
