She would help ferry supplies if she knew how to sign herself up, observing low-flying Persona airlifting stretchers or hauling fallen debris out of the way. She could go down, and uh- the person she was meaning to approach scurried away, shouting things. The pandemonium was a bit too much for her to figure out where to fit herself in.
